Open for Business, Ready to Help

Reading Time: 3 minutes
In this very surreal moment, I wanted to take a moment to let all of our friends and clients know that we sincerely hope you all stay healthy and take the necessary precautions to keep yourselves, your families, and your coworkers that way. And while we at Electric Bricks have no illusions that the services we provide are in any way critical or even entirely necessary at a time like this, I wanted to extend any hand I can to my fellow small business owners at a time when we are all feeling a tremendous amount of anxiety, not just about the health of our loved ones, but about the health of our companies. Once upon a time, most websites were a just collection of simple pages that briefly described a business. Very often I would ask my (very patient) clients to schedule phone calls and meetings to evening or weekend hours so that I could give them my undivided attention, rather than try to squeeze them in on my lunch break during normal business hours. In the more than eight years since I started Electric Bricks this has only rarely been an issue, yet it was still an inconvenience and I want to let you all know that I sincerely appreciate your willingness to accommodate my less than accommodating schedule.

The (purposely short) article you are about to read was published as a demonstration during the Professional Development & Social Media Symposium.
