Electric Bricks is growing. And growing fast! Thanks to you, our customers, we have outgrown our current hosting environment. As more and more new clients sign on with EB (6 in the past month!)… and the complexity and sophistication of existing clients’ sites continues to grow… and the technology continues to push the limits of computing hardware… we need to adapt and migrate to a more robust hosting solution.
We Need More Power!
Over the next weeks and month we will be migrating all existing clients to a bigger, faster, better server that will improve overall performance and make administration easier. The tools offered by this new hosting solution will allow Electric Bricks to better manage all hosting accounts and offer more sophisticated integration solutions for those clients who need it.
What does this mean for you? As far as current hosting and maintenance fees go – absolutely nothing! You will not see an increase in your H&M fees do to this upgrade. All EB clients will enjoy the benefits of this at no extra charge. From a performance standpoint, your site should be quicker and up-time should be better (although it has been pretty flawless up till now). There are still no limits on disk space or bandwidth, and EB will continue to backup your database and files, and manage the application updates for your site.
