Electric Bricks LLC is a busy digital marketing firm located in Patchogue, NY and Rockville, MD. We are looking to add to our team of website and social media content managers. Ideal candidates will come ready to produce, be eager to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities, and will show up each day with a “can do” attitude. They will also subscribe to the thinking that the client always comes first!
If interested, candidates should have several examples of professional writing they have done and be prepared to take a competency test in both business marketing writing and WordPress content management.
We are not looking for agencies or other firms to fill this role or to outsource to other countries. We are looking to add serious professionals to our own team.

Responsibilities:
- Writing and adding new marketing and blog content to client sites
- Making edits and improvements to existing content
- Working with and helping clients understand how best to use their website to grow their business
- Will be expected to attend video meetings at various points in a project to collaborate and review with other team members and clients
- Will be expected to respond to calls/emails during business hours in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Must be SEO-savvy with an understanding of keyword strategies
- Strong marketing writing skills - must be able to provide examples
- A solid understanding of grammar
- At least 2 years experience with WordPress
- Photoshop and graphic design experience is a huge plus
- Experience managing business social media profiles a plus
