Social Media & Website Content Specialist

Job Description

Electric Bricks LLC is a busy digital marketing firm located in Patchogue, NY. We are looking to add to our team of website and social media content managers. Ideal candidates will come ready to produce, be eager to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities, and will show up each day with a “can do” attitude. They will also subscribe to the thinking that the client always comes first!

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and adding new marketing and blog content to client sites and social profiles
  • Making edits and improvements to existing content
  • Working with and helping clients understand how best to use their website to grow their business

Requirements:

  • Must be SEO-savvy
  • Strong marketing writing skills – must be able to provide examples
  • A solid understanding of grammar
  • At least 2 years’ experience with WordPress
  • Experience managing business social profiles
  • Photoshop and graphic design experience is a huge plus

If interested, candidates should have several examples of professional writing they have done and be prepared to take a competency test in both business marketing writing and WordPress content management.
